This is an integrated contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) in the Pharma industry offering specialized drug substances and drug product processing.
The local manufacturing & R/D site has been in NJ for 20 years and now is growing due to high demand to be expanded with a brand-new site close by.
Group Info:
Be part of the Engineering and Maintenance group supporting the existing and new site in NJ.
This role will report to the Head of Engineering and Maintenance.

The company has announced and is about to expand close by to a state-of-the-art manufacturing and R & D facility in New Jersey, of 31K sq.
feet, with Multi-Million-dollar investments in the USA and also in Ireland & Portugal.
Job Description:
o The Automation Engineers will support the New Jersey site as more automation is being applied.
o He will supervise automation activities for the site, executing automation projects, assuring maintenance of and compliance with applicable procedures.
o He will be the liaison with Corporate Automation , and will supervise/manage outsourced activities.
Candidate Must Have:
o Bachelor's degree in a related field.
o Hands-on Automation and controls experience of 2
years o Experience working in GMP & FDA environment o Team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility and creativity; o Root cause analysis / problem-solving skills; o Familiar with project management methods and tools; o Job experience in process control using solutions such as:
defining equipment user interfaces, control logic, alarms and interlocks.
o PID tuning, electronic batch recipes, multi-variable advanced process control; o Experience in Equipment commissioning, qualification as well as Computerized systems validation; Candidate Nice to Have:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Chemical, Mechanical, Automation o Advanced degree or PE o Experience with DCS (DeltaV preferable) and PLC (Rockwell, Siemens) systems, SCADA software (such as Ignition, Factory Talk, WinCC).
o Good computer skills - office software tools, computer programming knowledge:
Sequential Flow Charts and Function Block diagrams, SQL, Visual Basic, and Mathematical software packages.
o Experience with server-client networks, with or without virtualization; o Experience with BMS/EMS systems.
(Honeywell, Desigo or similar) o Experience with Batch operation, recipe driven processes.
o GMP documentation and computerized system validation.
o Experience managing new Greenfield or Brownfield expansion projects Keywords:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
