Job Description:
As a Leasing Specialist, you will show apartments and community amenities to prospective residents.
You will follow-up on phone and email leads in a professional manner and continue that relationship through the lease signing and move-in.
Skills:
Self-starter:
Able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without quired instruction.
Excellent customer service skills.
Courteous and communicative:
Able to interact with, assist and exceed the expectations of prospective residents.
Possess a keen sense of urgency.
A detail-oriented Doer:
Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills while paying close attention to the details Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills General computer knowledge.
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and MRI a plus.
