Seasonal position running from through Thanksgiving, with full-time, year-round employment opportunities available for the right candidates.
This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role, with work hours spent outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities Harvesting cut flowers Working outside in all conditions - rain or shine, hot or cold Bending down to harvest Carrying heavy buckets Assisting with other farm taks including weeding, transplanting, mowing, seeding Helping farm crew with fall bulb planting in November General farm maintenance, including bucket washing, organization, sweeping, mopping, cleaning out barn/cooler, irrigation repairs, etc.
For interested candidates, potential to help at farmers market and you-pick events Ideal Candidate No farming experience necessary Positive attitude, flexible schedule Available 1-2 weekday mornings and ideally some Saturdays Ability to lift 60
