o Understand the Infrastructure support
o AD management
o Network infrastructure understanding
o Domain name management
o Monitoring tools like Nagios, SCOM
o Understanding with SVN, Git and related tools
o Have done infrastructure support with AWS cloud
o Good communications skills
o Able to interact with customer stakeholders.
