The right individual will have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar position and knowledge of processing A/P and A/R within Quickbooks. This position will provide support for our President, Managers, and associates with general tasks and projects as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: personnel file maintenance, A/P, A/R, payroll, scheduling, new hire communication and management, benefits management, maintenance of spreadsheets and coordination of company events and programs.
Skill set required:
2
years administrative experience.
Extremely strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail-oriented
Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work
Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive
Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Ability to work with minimum of supervision
Flexible and open to changing priorities
