Location: Hightstown & Trenton, NJ

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of clinical behavioral health services designed to meet the wellness and recovery needs of the consumer, including services provided to victims of violence. Depending on program objectives, these services may include resource development, assessments and counseling provided individually or in a group setting and may include the consumer?s family members.



Intake interviews

Preparation of diagnostic histories involving the collection, analysis and recording of significant social and personal factors

Clinical Services:

Individual, group and family counseling


Clinical documentation should be maintained in Anasazi, the agency?s electronic health record software, and should include: the assessment, diagnosis form, treatment plan, progress notes, collateral contacts, and termination summary.

Case Management:

Maintenance of continuous communication with clients, including outreach for hard to engage clients

Client advocacy services, home based counseling, coordination with DCPP

Referral services


Clinicians are expected to spend 65% of their time in face to face consumer contact and to provide routine productivity reports to their supervisor.

All schedules, statistical reports/logs, and clinical reports are to be submitted within proscribed timelines.

Documentation should be completed in Anasazi within 24 hours of service delivery.


Possible supervision of graduate students fulfilling field work requirement toward Master?s Degree in Social Work or staff

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Can communicate effectively in both Spanish and English; Computer literate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MSW from an accredited graduate school of Social Work, Counseling, or other appropriate program.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Clinical license required or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
