End User Computing Analyst

The End User Computing Analyst will be part of the Global Infrastructure Team in McGraw Hill Education's Global Technology Services group and provide expertise, engineering, internal Level 3 support, troubleshooting (as needed / required) for MHE's End User Computing services organization.  In this position, the analyst could design, implement and maintain access to systems and applications working in close collaboration with other infrastructure teams, such as Information Security, Architecture, Server, Data and Storage. Global Technology Services provides leading-edge IT tools and services, including Enterprise Shared Services, Infrastructure and Hosting services, Cyber Security, and IT Operations. GTS supports the use of technology to change how people work together, allowing for greater collaboration and flexibility, while maintaining a secure environment. If you join our GTS group, you'll work to ensure the company's technological infrastructure is secure and efficient to meet our global business needs. Your contribution to the team includes: oDefine, refine, and communicate strategy for software asset tracking.oAssist in the planning, design, and engineering of the future for MHE desktop imaging and management.  oWork with third party service provider to oversee Apple Mac desktop management.  oWork with third party service provider to govern security of the End User Computing environment, including patches, anti-virus, and malware protection.oSet strategic direction on McGraw-Hill Education's End User Computing technologies.oAct as Level 4 support for End User Computing technologies.oWork with IT colleagues and business users to understand current and future needs for End User Computing technology. oCreate/maintain new, and update existing, baseline build guides, technical drawings & schematics, infrastructure documentation, change requests, and test plans as requiredoDevelop and maintain comprehensive system and maintenance plans/documentationoParticipate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response What you'll need to be successful: o8+ years of working experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environmentso4+ years working experience with Microsoft Operating System imaging/build technologieso2+ years supporting & managing Microsoft SCCMoWorking knowledge of Office 365oKnowledge of Active Directory including but not limited to GPO, schema, and best practicesoStrong, technical working knowledge of Windows server OS, Enterprise Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, PXE, NAT and network related technologiesoExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsoMicrosoft Certifications strongly desiredoBachelor's degree preferred / not required 39482

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
