Construction Manager

Job Description Arcadis is seeking a  Construction Manager to be based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of field construction management experience in a consulting environment with a strong history and success leading large scale construction and marine dredging projects.   Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:   oManage field personnel, subcontractors, and office support staff in the execution of remedial construction and industrial infrastructure construction projects. oEstablish and maintain professional business relations with clients. oInterface effectively with clients, regulators, coworkers, and others. oMarket and promote remedial construction services, management of projects, financial planning, and control.     Additional information:   oProvides leadership and coaching to project team oKnowledge and ability to quickly understand principals of construction and contractor means and methods oExceptional written and verbal communications and organizational skills oStrong communication skills, both oral and written. Independently write reports and correspondence   Required Qualifications   oHealth and safety, management and execution experience in the implementation and execution of large scale remedial  and industrial infrastructure construction projects o10+ years of  experience oExperience in managing large value  construction projects oEstimating experience oClient/business development experience oProposal development experience 9611BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
